Shipping Through your Favorite Buying Group

Items purchased via the Serona Animal Health website that are being processed through a veterinary buying group (e.g. Associated Veterinary Purchasing, CDMV, Veterinary Purchasing, Western Drug Distribution Centre), as requested at checkout, will vary in their delivery time. Delivery times will be dependent on whether the item ordered is a regularly coded and stocked item at the respective buying group or not. All orders of items that are coded at the respective buying group chosen will be forwarded to the respective buying group to process within 1 business day. The speed at which the buying group fulfills and delivers the ordered coded items will be dependent on the quantities they have available in stock and is outside the control of Serona Animal Health. Customers that would like an estimated delivery time for coded items ordered are advised to contact their chosen buying group directly.

Orders of items that are not coded at the selected buying group chosen will be handled as follows:

Associated Veterinary Purchasing (AVP) 
Non-coded items will be processed via AVP as special order items. In stock items will be shipped to AVP within 7 business days of the order being placed. Delivery time from Serona Animal Health to VP is typically 1-2 business days.

CDMV 
Serona Animal Health will submit the order request to WDDC for all non-coded items ordered within 2 business days of the order being placed. In stock items will be shipped to WDDC within 7 business days of Serona Animal Health receiving a subsequent order for those items from WDDC. Delivery time from Serona Animal Health to WDDC is typically 2-4 business days.

PLEASE PAY ATTENTION that the price between Serona Animal Helath and CDMV can differ.

Veterinary Purchasing (VP) 
Non-coded items will be processed via VP as special order items. In stock items will be shipped to VP within 7 business days of the order being placed. Delivery time from Serona Animal Health to VP is typically 7-10 business days.

Western Drug Distribution Centre (WDDC) 
Serona Animal Health will submit the order request to WDDC for all non-coded items ordered within 2 business days of the order being placed. In stock items will be shipped to WDDC within 7 business days of Serona Animal Health receiving a subsequent order for those items from WDDC. Delivery time from Serona Animal Health to WDDC is typically 2-4 business days.
