Description

RGP’s 400-D combines unparalleled support with an elegant design. While most operator/hygiene stools come with a flat seat cushion and a flat backrest, the 400-D incorporates a fully contoured design. We tend to want to sit at the edge of our stools. The 400-D's unique contoured seat cushion will help train the user to sit back in the stool therefore utilizing the back support to its full potential.

Unique to the 400 series is its hydraulic mechanism which allows the stool’s back and seat to ‘float’, following ones’ movement. This “Active Seating” is further enhanced by the adjustable heights of both the backrest and the stool itself. Arm supports are available to relieve the neck, arms and back while allowing full range of motion. Postural changes as a result of use of the 400-D have proven effective in promoting work productivity, eliminating daily fatigue and pain, and increased health and well-being.

RGP extends a lifetime warranty, for the operational lifetime of the chair, which covers all pneumatic & hydraulic cylinders as well as the star base and all 5 casters. The lifetime coverage of this warranty applies only to those components explicitly mentioned and can not be assumed to cover any additional parts or components.

RGP agrees to repair or replace any part of RGP’s Assistant Stool which, upon return to RGP, prove to be defective in material or workmanship. Warranty does not include shipping cost which will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

In addition, RGP extends a three (3) year warranty on all accessories and add-on parts including armrests and upholstery of RGP’s Assistant Stool.

RGP's warranty is extended to the original purchaser exclusively.

This warranty does not include repair or replacement due to misuse, abuse, neglect, normal wear and tear, repairs or alterations by other than RGP or upholstery damage by any means. THIS WARRANTY IS MADE EXPRESSLY IN PLACE OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO QUALITY, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
