Cislak EN8 excavator (Equivalent Exc #31L).
The Cislak EN-8 XL double-ended small spoon excavator (EXC31L) is designed for curettage. It is used for small tooth socket debridement (often in cats and small dogs), to clean out and shape dental caries before filling, as well as for endodontic purposes. Due to the small size of the spoon tips, the EN-8 is also useful for lifting small, deep, floating root fragments making them easier to grasp with root splinter forceps for extraction. The EN-8 is in the Featherweight XL handle, Cislak’s most popular handle for this type of instrument. The XL handle is an ergonomic, light-weight and slightly larger (thicker) handle that offers a very comfortable grip for most users.
Lifetime warranty covers faulty material and workmanship. Damage due to the incorrect use or handling of the instrument is not covered by the lifetime warranty.
Recommended autoclave temperature: 135°C/275°F
Made in the USA of German stainless steel.
