The RGP Assist 3 is identical to the RGP Assistant Stool but it does not have seat or back tilt and the backrest height is set in one place and cannot be adjusted vertically. The stool does go up and down on a tall cylinder, has an adjustable ratcheting arm support and does come with an adjustable foot ring as well.
Most assistant stools do not come with a backrest. Having a backrest and the ability to adjust all components to ones preference is a big advantage. The flexible seat cushion also ensures that the user will not tip onto the patient while leaning over.
